The Three-Dimensional Assessment Model

At ISSB, three independent assessors evaluate each candidate from distinct psychological, behavioral, and intellectual angles before meeting at the Day 5 Final Conference.

1. The Psychologist

Evaluates the subconscious and moral foundation using projective techniques: WAT, SCT, TAT, and Personal Bio-data.

2. The Group Testing Officer (GTO)

Evaluates real-time group dynamic leadership, teamwork, bridging physics, emotional poise, and physical stamina in outdoor tasks.

3. The Deputy President

Evaluates conscious intellectual depth, conversational composure, national/global awareness, and motivation during personal interviews.
